However, if you have a disability we are here to help you. Please call our disability services phone line at 413-967-6871 during regular business hours and one of our kind and friendly personal shoppers will help you navigate through our website, help conduct advanced searches, help you choose the item you are looking for with the specifications you are seeking, read you the specifications of any item and consult with you about the products themselves. There is no charge for the help of this personal shopper for anyone with a disability. Finally, your personal shopper will explain our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and help you place an order if you so desire.

RETURN POLICY:

Cluett's strives to provide our customers with the best in service and provide simple hassle-free shopping.

Our return policy is simple – return the product undamaged and unused within 30 days and Cluetts, upon inspection of the product, will refund your purchase.

Proof of purchase is required, to save time please bring a copy of your invoice and the method of payment used to place the order. Credit card refunds will be made to the credit card upon which the order was placed, all orders originally paid by cash or check will be refunded by check. Cash refunds will be issued within 5 business days. Please allow up to 15 days for credit refunds to show on your account and allow 30 days for all check refunds to be issued.

For manufacturer defects please call Cluetts at 413-967-6871 to set up a factory-certified service appointment in your home or for general assistance. If the repair is covered by the manufacturer's warranty, it will be repaired at no cost to you. For repairs not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, repairs may be offered by the technician, but at your expense.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will need to contact the store regarding any cancellation or return Delivered products in use are not returnable. Any returned products must be free of any cosmetic damage. Products that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or will incur a 25% percent restocking fee. Any product that has been installed or attempted to be installed cannot be returned. Customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning a product.

Damaged, Special Order, and/or used merchandise is not-returnable & not sold on a trial basis.

The original shipping and or installation charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.

The customer agrees to the terms and conditions published above when they place a completed order with our company. In addition, the customer authorizes their credit card company to abide by these terms. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

SHIPPING POLICY/DELIVERY POLICY:

Please be assured that your items will ship out as soon as possible from the date of purchase. If a special order is placed, please anticipate a longer delivery time. You will be notified once the item has been received in our warehouse. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.

Costs for these services will be determined at the time of purchase or shipment.

SALES TAX:

Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6.25% sales tax.
